Your condominium is organizing a group PEB certification campaign for residential apartments.
To participate in the group order, please complete the following online questionnaire or you can also call us at +32 2 586 41 38 to register for the order.
👉 You have 2 weeks to register to obtain a preferential rate.
To ensure you benefit from the preferential rate, you must register within 2 weeks.
Then, we will provide you with visit dates in the month following the end of the campaign, which participants in the order will need to agree on. Our team will organize these visits as efficiently as possible in order to group them together on the same days.
Our rates for the group PEB certification of your condominium
We offer the rate of:
- 140 € including VAT for 1-bedroom apartments
- 150 € including VAT for 2-bedroom apartments or more
Registration for group certification
Once registrations are complete, we will contact you individually to arrange the visit and certification. Please wait until registrations are closed.
Upcoming steps
- Registration remains open until 2 weeks after the start of the campaign to allow all co-owners to finalize their participation.
- Once registrations are closed, we will confirm the total number of participants and propose time slots for visits.
- Apartment visits will take place within 3 months after the campaign closes
- You will receive an invitation with several half-day time slots to choose the one that suits you.
When will I receive my EPC certificate
Once the visits are completed, we will send you the draft EPC certificates for validation as soon as possible.
You will have the new official EPC certificates before the reform takes effect in 2026.
