Your co-ownership is organizing a group PEB certification campaign for residential apartments.
To take part in the group order, please complete the online questionnaire below, or you can also call us at +32 2 586 41 38 to register
👉 You have 3 weeks to register in order to benefit from a preferential rate
To ensure you benefit from the preferential rate, registration must be completed within 3 weeks.
After that, we will communicate the visit dates, which will take place within the month following the closing of the campaign. Participants will need to align with the proposed dates. Our team will organize visits efficiently by grouping them on the same days.
Our rates for the group PEB certification of your co-ownership
We offer the following rates:
- €140 incl. VAT for 1-bedroom apartments
- €150 incl. VAT for apartments with 2 bedrooms or more
Registration for the group certification
Once registrations are closed, we will contact you individually to organize the visit and certification.

Next steps
- Registrations remain open for 3 weeks after the launch of the campaign to allow all co-owners to complete their registration.
- Once registrations are closed: we will confirm the total number of participants and propose available visit time slots.
- Apartment visits will take place within the month following the closing of the campaign.
- You will receive an invitation with several half-day time slots, from which you can choose the one that suits you best.
When will I receive my PEB certificate?
Once the visits have been completed, we will send you the draft PEB certificates for validation as soon as possible.
You will receive the official PEB certificates before the reform comes into force in 2026.
